The Dr David Harvey-Sutton Gallery hosts many workshops, exhibitions and events throughout the year. The gallery is situated on Scarr Street and is incorporated within the Bob McDonald Library. To gain access to the gallery during business hours, visitors must enter through the Bob McDonald Library.
The Gallery is available to showcase personal artwork showings and to hire for private functions. Please contact Council's Venue Coordinator on 07 4742 4100 or at Council@cloncurry.qld.gov.au for more information regarding showcasing artwork in the gallery or venue hire.
Julie Sisco is a fine art photographer who lives on the idyllic and beautiful North Stradbroke Island. Her artwork consists of mostly charming seascapes, breathtaking nature and décor art. Often creating a sense of happiness, peace & calm.
NAIDOC Art Exhibition
50 years of Deadly, this year’s exhibition celebrates the voices of our communities. Fifty years of Deadly is a tribute to the people who built this movement through the showcasing the rich cultural heritage and artistic mastery of First Nations artists.
A tribute exhibition of documents and photographs of the ringers of Coppermine Creek who worked on all the cattle stations around the Cloncurry region. From the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s era sharing the local history through their eyes.
